As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative in our Service BDC, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle owners seeking maintenance, repairs, or information about the latest manufacturer promotions. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Execute proven calling strategies to handle both incoming service inquiries and outbound outreach campaigns, ensuring every call is answered promptly and professionally.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Accurately capture customer details, vehicle information, and service needs to schedule appointments that align with both customer convenience and service department capacity.
  • Collaboration with Service Managers: Work closely with Service Managers to relay customer preferences, special requests, and any concerns, guaranteeing a seamless handoff from call center to service bay.
  • System Proficiency: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s dealership management software, CRM tools, and any integrated marketing platforms.
  • Marketing & Manufacturer Updates: Stay informed about current promotional campaigns, warranty extensions, and manufacturer service bulletins to provide accurate information to callers.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor call metrics, adhere to script guidelines, and continuously seek opportunities to improve call handling efficiency and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles, share best practices with peers, and contribute to a supportive, high‑performing remote team culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a call‑center environment, with at least 1 year dedicated to appointment setting or customer service.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, and a professional, polite telephone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage detailed information accurately while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong team‑player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.
  • Residency in Texas (required by state‑specific labor regulations).
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a strong plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in performance‑based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
