• Execute permanent bans for repeat offenders after thorough review, ensuring consistent enforcement of policies.
• Investigate user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and document incidents in the moderation log for future reference.
• Collaborate with the Community Management team to refine moderation policies, suggest improvements, and stay aligned with arenaflex’s values.
• Provide courteous assistance to members who have questions about the rules, helping them understand expectations and encouraging positive participation.
• Participate in weekly moderation meetings (virtual) to discuss trends, share best practices, and receive updates on upcoming community events.
