Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative (Service BDC)

This full‑time, work‑from‑home position is open exclusively to residents of Texas. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling our service department, handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless, world‑class experience. Your primary mission is to convert service inquiries into confirmed appointments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Master the full spectrum of call strategies, answering every service inquiry promptly and efficiently.
  • Overflow Call Handling: Capture overflow service calls to guarantee no customer is left waiting, maintaining a consistent response time.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Accurately book service appointments, coordinate with service advisors, and confirm details with customers.
  • Collaboration with Service Managers: Work closely with Service Managers to align on daily goals, share customer feedback, and enhance the overall service experience.
  • System Proficiency: Maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex’s dealership management system (DMS) and related technologies.
  • Marketing & Manufacturer Updates: Stay informed about current marketing campaigns, manufacturer service bulletins, and promotional offers to communicate relevant information to callers.
  • Data Accuracy: Document all interactions in the CRM with precision, ensuring that customer records are up‑to‑date and actionable.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call answer rate, average handling time, and appointment conversion rate.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient with telephone systems and computer applications; comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Compensation, Bonuses, and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in performance‑based bonuses.
