Our Information Curation group transforms this raw data into clean, diverse, and annotated datasets that serve as the lifeblood of our AI training and testing cycles. By ensuring that the data is accurate, representative, and well‑structured, you directly influence the safety, performance, and regulatory compliance of arenaflex’s self‑driving technology. Key Responsibilities

Data Collection, Annotation, and Quality Assurance

• Design and execute large‑scale data acquisition strategies from both simulation assets and real‑world vehicle fleets.
• Develop and maintain robust pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and normalizing multimodal sensor data (e.g., video, lidar, radar, GPS).
• Create detailed annotation guidelines and train internal teams on best practices for labeling objects, lane markings, traffic signs, and edge‑case scenarios.
• Implement automated validation scripts (Python, Pandas, NumPy) to detect anomalies, missing fields, and labeling inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with AI Researchers, Simulation Engineers, and Test Teams to ensure datasets meet model training and validation requirements.

Process Development & Documentation

• Draft comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data collection, annotation, and quality checks.
• Produce clear, concise training materials and conduct workshops for up to dozens of team members on new processes and tools.
• Maintain version‑controlled documentation (Git) to track changes in data schemas, annotation standards, and pipeline configurations.

Testing, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate end‑to‑end testing cycles, including in‑vehicle data collection runs and offline validation of dataset integrity.
• Generate regular performance reports that highlight data quality metrics, bottlenecks, and actionable insights for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for data‑related blockers and propose corrective actions to accelerate project timelines.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
