Key Responsibilities

  • Data Quality & Entry Management: Lead the end‑to‑end workflow for accurate, high‑volume data entry, establishing standards that guarantee consistency and reliability for internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Insight Strategy: Define, document, and communicate a clear methodology and prioritization framework for the Customer Insight Center, aligning analytics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Security & Compliance Enablement: Design and scale tools that meet stringent security and privacy requirements, ensuring that customer data is handled safely and in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Performance Measurement: Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay current on emerging trends in customer behavior analytics, data security, and privacy, proactively identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer insight solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of data‑driven decision‑making by recommending process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices that elevate the overall quality of customer analytics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or product management within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing security‑focused solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting concise documentation and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytical platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
