Remote · USA Full-time New today

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a globally recognized leader in life‑sciences services, delivering cutting‑edge diagnostic solutions, clinical laboratory expertise, and end‑to‑end drug development support. With a mission to improve health outcomes and accelerate innovative medicines to patients, arenaflex combines deep scientific knowledge with advanced technology platforms. The company’s robust portfolio serves hospitals, physicians, and research institutions worldwide, and its culture is built on collaboration, continuous learning, and a relentless focus on customer success.

Why This Role Matters

As arenaflex embarks on a critical migration of its internal application ecosystem, the organization needs dedicated professionals to ensure a seamless transition for its users—doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and administrative staff. This role directly impacts the reliability of patient data, the efficiency of clinical workflows, and ultimately the quality of care delivered across the healthcare continuum. By joining the migration team, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding uninterrupted service for thousands of end‑users.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, entry‑level Application Administrator to work remotely on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually creating and configuring organizations, user accounts, and related data within arenaflex’s new platform. While a portion of the migration will be automated, a substantial amount of detailed data entry and verification will require a meticulous, fast‑typing professional with excellent customer‑service instincts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input organization and user information into arenaflex’s migration tool, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Perform quality‑checks on entered data, identify discrepancies, and resolve them in collaboration with the development and support teams.
  • Provide real‑time assistance to internal stakeholders and external clients during the migration process, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document migration procedures, create step‑by‑step guides, and contribute to knowledge‑base articles for future reference.
  • Participate in a three‑minute IKM assessment to validate typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
  • Support shift‑based operations aligned with Eastern Standard Time (options include 8 AM‑5 PM, 9 AM‑6 PM, 10 AM‑7 PM, or 11 AM‑8 PM EST) to accommodate various division needs.
  • Leverage basic Tier 1 help‑desk experience to triage and prioritize incoming support tickets related to the migration.
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection and a professional home‑office environment that meets arenaxflex’s security standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including basic formulas, data sorting, and table creation.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with healthcare professionals.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Willingness to undergo a standard drug test as part of the pre‑employment screening process.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Tier 1 help‑desk or technical support role, especially within a healthcare or life‑sciences environment.
  • Familiarity with data migration concepts, user provisioning, and role‑based access control.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Exposure to remote work environments and self‑management of tasks and deadlines.
  • Understanding of HIPAA or other healthcare data privacy regulations is advantageous.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in large data sets and correct them before they impact downstream processes.
  • Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks across multiple shifts and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and courteous interaction with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quick identification of root causes and proactive resolution of data‑related issues.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with evolving project requirements and the ability to learn new tools on the fly.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in employee development. As an Application Administrator, you will have access to:

  • Structured onboarding programs that cover arenaxflex’s technology stack, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Mentorship from senior engineers and project managers who will guide you through complex migration scenarios.
  • Online learning portals offering courses in data management, cybersecurity, and advanced Excel techniques.
  • Opportunities to transition into more technical roles such as Business Analyst, Data Integrity Specialist, or Help‑Desk Supervisor after demonstrating proficiency.
  • Regular performance reviews that align personal goals with arenaxflex’s strategic objectives, ensuring a clear path for promotion.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaxflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the importance of this role within the migration project. While exact figures will be discussed during the interview process, candidates can expect:

  • Performance‑based bonuses tied to migration milestones and data‑quality metrics.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Retirement savings options with company matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, sick days, and personal leave.
  • Flexible work‑hours within the designated EST shift windows, supporting work‑life balance.
  • Technology stipend for home‑office equipment and high‑speed internet.
  • Employee assistance programs, wellness resources, and virtual social events to foster community.

  • Recognition: Formal acknowledgment programs for outstanding performance, teamwork, and customer impact.
  • Community Impact: Opportunities to volunteer in health‑focused initiatives and contribute to arenaxflex’s broader mission of improving lives.

Application Process

Interested candidates should be prepared to complete a brief three‑minute IKM assessment that measures typing speed and accuracy.
