As a Remote Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will be the front‑line advocate who turns routine inquiries into memorable experiences. Your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will directly influence customer loyalty, brand reputation, and the overall health outcomes of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, chat messages, and letters from pharmacy customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Research, interpret, and communicate arenaflex policies, procedures, and program details to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
  • Act as a customer advocate by troubleshooting prescription‑related concerns, coordinating with field management, category managers, and other internal teams.
  • Document interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about arenaflex’s pharmacy services, loyalty programs, and health‑care offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, staying current on new initiatives, compliance updates, and technology enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by sharing feedback, suggesting process enhancements, and participating in quality‑assurance reviews.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, including flexible shifts between 9 am – 8 pm Eastern Time, with availability on weekends as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) consecutive year of proven customer‑service experience in a call‑center or similar environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex program details clearly.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities; you thrive on keeping tasks on track and delivering on promises.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and the ability to toggle between multiple applications quickly and accurately.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a quiet home workspace, and a headset that meets arenaflex’s quality standards.
  • Flexibility to complete a paid company training program and adapt to evolving schedule demands.

Preferred Qualifications & Desirable Experience

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish (highly preferred) to serve our diverse customer base.
  • Prior inbound call‑center experience, especially within a health‑care or retail pharmacy setting.
  • Experience working remotely, demonstrating self‑discipline, time‑management, and a proactive mindset.
  • Background in retail or pharmacy operations, providing insight into the customer journey and product knowledge.

Education Requirements

A verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. Additional certifications in customer service, health‑care support, or related fields are a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

Schedule & Commitment
