Overview

JST is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time remote position. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Business Analyst Responsibilities Requirements gathering with reference to Air Force lifecycles of Recruitment through retirement. Ability to understand HR functionality with Military Personnel Data Systems. Client facing with an ability to negotiate and aide in the decision-making process. Writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Ability to document and work with Oracle Development team, understand code meets the requirements. Experience and knowledge working in an Agile/Scrum development framework Collaborate with the product owner serving as the liaison between the development and test teams. Able to manage priorities, attention to detail, and ability to handle ambiguous situations. Business Analyst Qualifications Minimum of twelve years analyst experience BS Degree preferably but relevant experienced considered Must have experience with Oracle HR Systems. Ability to run Oracle SQL using SQL Developer/Oracle SQL Plus/TOAD. Understand Oracle Tables/Code in conjunction with Oracle Development. Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of Atlassian Tool Set (Jira/Confluence) Experience working with Air Force government clients Required Clearances and Screenings DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance About Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) No objective is beyond reach!
