Client Service Representative
Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP is an established real estate law firm with offices across California. They are seeking a Client Service Representative to join their fast-paced Collections team, responsible for reviewing collection accounts and processing documents while maintaining heavy client communication.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to obtain necessary information
- Review collection files for accuracy and completeness
- Enter appropriate notes regarding accounts into databases
- Organize reports, calculate invoices, and redact documents
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed by the department
- Provide occasional backup receptionist coverage
Skills
- 1+ year office administrative experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Versatile computer skills
- Previous rental housing industry or property management experience
