IT Desktop Support Analyst
Arrow Electronics is a company that provides integrated technology solutions. They are seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to deliver hands-on desktop support for employees, maintain local and remote support needs, and assist with IT equipment management.
Responsibilities
- Support for all PC, Mac, and mobile device hardware and software related issues
- Executive/C-Suite Support
- Support for all devices
- Hands-on Major Meeting Support
- Level 1 AV Support
- Printer Support for All NAO Locations
- E-waste Disposal - quarterly coordination
- Collaboration with DTE on Support Issues and Testing
- Operational Excellence Reporting and Remediation
- End User Documentation and Knowledge Base Articles
- IT Asset management
- Assist with IT equipment returns from termed or existing employees
- Assist users with device replacements and new device configuration
Skills
- Typically requires a 4-year degree
- 1–2 years of experience or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience
- Has no discretion to vary from established procedures
- Has no related work experience or has work experience but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own function
- Works under close supervision
