Client Assistant, Billing Representative, Personal Lines

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Representative to join their Personal Lines team. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate billing support for clients and internal teams, acting as the first point of contact for billing inquiries and supporting administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients across Canada for our billing contact centre
  • Assisting clients with requests for payment and billing inquiries
  • Preparing invoices and billing materials
  • Other administrative duties as required within the larger administrative team

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Bilingual (French) is an asset
  • Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
