J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is a national leader in safety and compliance solutions, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves prospecting, managing, and closing new business while building long-term customer relationships to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound prospecting calls into new and existing B2B accounts
  • Meet daily productivity goals including call attempts and talk-time metrics
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and provide product and solution overviews
  • Close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Build customer relationships through consistent follow‑up
  • Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM

Skills

  • 1+ year inside sales or B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication + customer engagement skills
  • High comfort with outbound calling and prospecting
  • Ability to turn prospects into relationships through persistence and value
  • High aptitude for learning new systems and technology
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
