- Employment Type Full-time Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range $65,000 – $105,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Motion Designer to bring brand and product to life through animation. The role works across product UI motion, brand films, social, and ads — turning static design into stories that move.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics for product, marketing, and brand
- Animate UI motion specs and partner with engineering on implementation
- Develop animation systems and reusable motion libraries
- Storyboard and collaborate with creative leads on briefs
- Sound design and basic editing for short-form video assets
- Maintain organised project files and asset libraries Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in motion design (in-house or agency)
- Mastery of After Effects; working knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
- Strong portfolio across brand, product, and ad motion
- Familiarity with Lottie and motion handoff for engineering
- Strong understanding of animation principles and timing
- Eye for typography and visual design fundamentals What You'll Bring
