Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for freelancers and clients reaching out via chat, email, or integrated messaging platforms.
  • Respond promptly—typically within minutes—to inquiries, requests, orders, and application questions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and ask clarifying questions to fully understand each user’s concern.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or procedural issues, providing clear, step‑by‑step guidance.
  • Escalate complex or high‑priority cases to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership until resolution.

Complaint Management & Advocacy

  • Handle a high volume of support tickets with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Document each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference.
  • Advocate for users by communicating their feedback to product, policy, and operations teams, helping shape platform improvements.
  • Follow up with customers after resolution to confirm satisfaction and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Identify recurring issues and propose enhancements to FAQs, knowledge bases, and automated responses.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, webinars, and peer‑review meetings to stay current on platform updates.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, marketing, compliance—to ensure consistent messaging and policy adherence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Connectivity: Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for professional communication.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and email etiquette.
  • Customer‑Service Mindset: Demonstrated ability to remain calm, patient, and solution‑focused under pressure.
