[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager, Therapy Awareness & Field Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saluda Medical is a commercial-stage medical device company focused on developing treatments for chronic neurological conditions. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of therapy awareness programs and field marketing initiatives to drive adoption and growth of Saluda’s therapy portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive therapy awareness programs that build understanding, consideration, and demand for Saluda’s therapy across targeted clinical audiences
- Translate clinical data, health economic evidence, and patient outcomes into clear, compliant messaging and educational programs
- Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams to ensure accurate and compelling disease state education
- Develop multi‑channel awareness campaigns (live events, peer‑to‑peer education, digital tools, and analytics‑driven engagement)
- Design and execute scalable field marketing programs that support sales objectives across regions and launch phases
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to the field sales organization, ensuring alignment to priorities and consistent execution
- Develop field‑deployable tools and programs including regional meeting content, speaker programs, workshops, and local engagement initiatives
- Establish feedback loops with sales leadership and field teams to continuously optimize programs and materials
- Define success metrics and KPIs for therapy awareness and field marketing programs
- Analyze performance data to assess impact, identify insights, and refine strategy
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI and resource optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology
- Proven experience leading therapy or disease-state awareness initiatives
- Strong background in field marketing, sales enablement, and commercial execution
- Experience supporting product launches and growth‑stage commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a regulated environment
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
