The Named Account Manager will drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales lifecycle for strategic enterprise prospects, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring successful integration of LVT's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sophisticated annual quota targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing net-new business within an assigned portfolio of Named Accounts
  • Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Lead enterprise-wide sales initiatives, managing complex procurement, legal, and technical evaluations while successfully alignment with various business units
  • Strategic Account Mapping: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to map out decision-makers, understand operational pain points, and position LVT as a mission-critical solution
  • C-Suite Engagement: Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, effectively communicating the operational and financial ROI of LVT's Agentic AI and hardware platform
  • Forecasting Precision: Maintain a meticulous, data-driven sales pipeline within Salesforce, providing executive leadership with highly accurate forecasting and strategic market insights
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure complex technical requirements are met and seamless deployment strategies are established
  • Market Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on intelligent site technology, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to maintain LVT's competitive edge

Skills

  • 7+ years of proven success in enterprise-level software, IoT, or advanced technology sales, with a documented track record of closing large-scale, six- and seven-figure deals
  • Demonstrated expertise in breaking into net-new, Fortune 1000 accounts and expanding footprints within highly complex corporate structures
  • Ability to dissect a prospect's business model, identify operational friction points, and craft bespoke, value-driven solutions
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a polished presence capable of commanding C-suite and board-level rooms
  • Proficient in leveraging CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales enablement tools to systematically manage and accelerate pipeline velocity
  • A 'scrappy,' resilient, and innovative mindset that aligns with LVT's culture of hands-on problem-solving and rapid scaling
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
