High Rise Financial LLC is a fast-growing financial and medical liens company that provides funding services for personal injury victims and medical care coordination. They are seeking a Director of Inside Sales to manage and develop a team of Inside Sales Account Managers, ensuring effective sales processes and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, hire, onboard, and train Inside Sales Account Managers across two main channel—direct to consumer leads and referrals from law firms
  • Run sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance management with clear accountability to activity and results
  • Provide hands-on coaching, call reviews, and real-time feedback
  • Ensure the team follows our defined systems and processes — this is a structured, process-driven sales environment
  • Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail across the entire inside sales team
  • Continuously identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve performance
  • Train reps on how to navigate law firm dynamics, set expectations, and build rapport
  • Ensure fast response times, strong qualification, and consistent follow-up to convert inbound interest into funded deal
  • Train and coach reps on how to properly handle these leads — from initial contact through closing, with a focus on urgency and persistence
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across each stage of the funnel (lead → qualified → funded)
  • Enforce strict adherence to scripts, processes, and systems — this channel requires structure, attention to detail, and consistency
  • Identify gaps in performance (missed follow-ups, slow response times, poor qualification) and implement solutions quickly

Skills

  • Experience in handling a team of inside sales representatives of more than 10 team members
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English fluency: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently and clearly
  • Quiet workspace: A dedicated, quiet place at home to work
  • Reliable internet access: Consistent and reliable internet for work tasks
  • Your own computer (with a camera), and consent to install computer monitoring software as part of company policy
