[Remote] Program Manager II, Global Carrier Management, Global Logistics Exports

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon.com is seeking a Program Manager II to join our Global Logistics Exports team. In this role, you will develop optimized processes for handling export shipments to connected countries and create efficient customs clearance and last-mile delivery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for cross-border shipping exports
• Create efficient customs clearance and last-mile delivery solutions
• Analyze data using various tools to highlight successes and areas for improvement
• Develop action plans and implement process improvements based on data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the global shipping experience
• Contribute to the globalization of B2C delivery services, setting new industry standards

Skills

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• Experience working with and managing third party vendors
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
