[Remote] Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Early Stage, High Growth AI/Data Automation Platform

Zearch is an early-stage technology company focused on building a data orchestration platform that transforms how modern data teams operate. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own product marketing, translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives, and work closely with founders, Sales, and Product teams to drive go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own core positioning and messaging — defining how the platform is described, differentiated, and understood across technical and executive audiences
• Lead product launches: develop go-to-market plans, create launch assets, and coordinate cross-functional rollout
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence — tracking the market landscape and translating it into actionable positioning guidance for Sales and Product
• Develop use-case narratives, solution briefs, and technical content that supports both self-serve discovery and sales-assisted deal progression
• Partner with Sales to define ICP, build enablement materials, and align messaging to pipeline stages
• Contribute to demand generation through content strategy, thought leadership, and owned/earned channel programmes
• Establish product marketing processes, templates, and metrics from the ground up
• Serve as the connective tissue between Product and the rest of the commercial organization

Skills

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a product marketing capacity
• Experience marketing a technical product — you are comfortable with complexity and skilled at making it accessible
• Strong messaging and positioning instincts — able to write, edit, and structure narratives independently
• Equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
• Track record of close collaboration with Sales and Product teams
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment where processes are still being built
• Background in AI, data, developer tools, or infrastructure software
• Familiarity with the modern data stack and the teams that operate it (data engineers, analytics engineers, data platform leads)
• Experience building product marketing programmes without an established playbook to follow
