The role involves strong account ownership, managing revenue and service KPIs, and requires operational fluency in the logistics domain.

Responsibilities

  • Sales focused and Account Management
  • Strong account ownership mindset (retention + growth)
  • Comfortable owning revenue, margin, and service KPIs
  • Experience with FAK, high-visibility or specialized freight
  • Operationally fluent (can speak carrier, customer, and ops)
  • Calm under pressure; proactive communicator
  • Data-aware (margin, win rates, shipment trends)
  • Values process, documentation, and follow-through
  • Travel: ~15% (conferences, client meetings, in-person sales events)

  • 3–7 years experience in freight brokerage
