They are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, CTV, and other digital channels — with a focus on ROI and measurable growth
  • Own and allocate campaign budgets efficiently, making data-driven decisions to hit performance targets and reduce wasted spend
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that ensure consistent messaging, audience targeting, and performance tracking across every platform and touchpoint
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, identifying trends, surfacing actionable insights, and delivering clear recommendations to improve results
  • Analyze and optimize CRM integrations, email marketing workflows, and marketing automations to improve efficiency and support lead nurturing
  • Plan and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting — applying CRO best practices to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency
  • Implement and maintain pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and tag management via Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
  • Leverage analytics tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot to track user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution — translating data into clear, actionable reporting
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies that impact revenue and cost — bringing solutions forward without being asked
  • Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, providing data-driven insights and recommendations

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of dedicated performance or growth marketing experience
  • Proven experience in building, managing, and optimizing digital performance marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of ROI-driven strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive cohesive, cross-platform campaign performance
  • Familiarity with pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts clearly
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and proactively identify efficiencies that have a direct impact on revenue growth and cost savings — without waiting to be directed
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience writing performance-driven digital marketing copy
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how organic and paid strategies can work together to maximize visibility and traffic
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising or display campaigns beyond standard paid social and search
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
