[Remote] Lead Product Manager, AI Development Experience

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, and they are seeking a Lead Product Manager for AI Development Experience. This role will focus on architecting and building foundational AI tooling and platforms to enable teams to create, deploy, and manage AI agents and workflows, while ensuring production-grade reliability and security.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and pain points in process, tooling, and workflows to solve with AI capabilities in APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, or new AI-driven services
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into platform and process capabilities
  • Coach and lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-augmented processes and workflows in their daily operations
  • Create documentation, best practices, and enablement materials that accelerate AI adoption and reduce time-to-value
  • Monitor performance and measure impact (adoption, production issues, etc.) of product enhancements / releases to, if needed, drive clarity on product iteration
  • Work with external third-party vendors to assess new partnership opportunities and/or evaluate existing solutions
  • Work with engineers and program managers every day to set priorities and drive roadmap

Skills

  • 3+ years of as a technical product manager, with ideally with an engineering background
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms
  • Strong technical savvy; ability to work and communicate effectively with analysts and engineers
  • Experience connecting directly to data sources and writing your own SQL queries; any Python, Spark, or Databricks experience a huge plus
  • Expertise in documenting requirements that translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Technical coaching and enablement skills with ability to teach and guide teams through complex technology adoption
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact and facilitate discussions with cross functional teams across the business
  • Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects and setting priorities, especially among requests from competing stakeholders
  • Data-driven decision-making experience using metrics and analytics to inform platform and product development
  • Experience with JIRA / agile user story and acceptance criteria writing
  • Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across time-zones and odd hours as necessary
  • Versatility to work across disciplines and unlock whatever capabilities are needed to make products successful; no job too big or too small mentality
  • Optimism with drive, drive, drive
  • Passion for live music and events is a plus
