[Remote] Director, Operations Learning Process Enablement

They are seeking a strategic-minded Director of Operations Learning Process Enablement to automate processes, improve learning experiences, and oversee learning content governance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end learning delivery processes to standardize workflows and increase efficiency
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and enablement toolkits for content development and deployment
- Lead initiatives to improve the usability and accessibility of learning experiences via LMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert complex processes into learner-ready workflows
- Design and oversee learning content and systems governance policies
- Monitor and report on training creation, engagement, and user feedback
- Oversee planning and execution of cross-functional learning enablement projects
Skills
- 5 years of experience in learning operations, process management, or project management within a matrixed organization
- Strong track record in building scalable governance frameworks and optimizing learning systems
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Articulate 360, and project management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder facilitation, and change management skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience with LMS platforms like LearnUpon
- Knowledgeable in content authoring tools with AI integrations
