[Remote] Marketing Data Coordinator (part-time)

Blue Matter is a rapidly growing management consultancy focused primarily in the biopharmaceutical industry, and they are seeking a part-time Data Coordinator. The role involves reviewing and managing contact data for the CRM system, gathering information through research, and generating reports to enhance data quality.
Responsibilities
- Review contact data and determine whether it should go into the Blue Matter (BM) CRM system
- Gather contact data using web research, LinkedIn, and other sources help expand the CRM system’s contact database
- Format / prepare data for uploading into the CRM system
- Review, clean, update, de-duplicate, and validate existing account and contact data in the CRM system
- Enrich CRM data by adding additional information as directed
- Run data queries and generate reports as directed
- Assist in developing and updating marketing target lists
- Use dashboards to track the “health” of CRM account and contact data and to identify areas for improvement
Skills
- Familiarity / experience with databases and/or CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
- Familiarity / experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficient in conducting online searches and using AI tools to find information
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft office applications (especially Word and Excel)
- At least two years of prior work experience is strongly preferred
- Must be highly-organized
- Must have strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing or compiling data
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and solve problems
- Salesforce.com experience
- HubSpot preferred
- 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred
