[Remote] Paid Creative & Content Strategy Manager

Allegiance Search is a rapidly growing omnichannel wellness beverages brand, seeking a creative-minded growth marketer to drive customer acquisition across digital channels. The role involves developing high-impact advertising concepts, overseeing content production, and optimizing creative assets to improve campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy for customer acquisition initiatives across major social and digital advertising platforms
- Build testing plans designed to uncover new messaging, positioning, and creative opportunities
- Identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and performance insights that can be translated into new campaign concepts
- Develop advertising frameworks, campaign themes, and conversion-focused content approaches that support growth objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align creative initiatives with broader acquisition goals
- Translate campaign strategies into actionable production plans
- Develop content briefs that provide clear creative direction, messaging priorities, deliverable requirements, and testing variables
- Guide concept development from initial ideation through final asset delivery
- Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality and performance standards
- Provide constructive feedback to creative contributors throughout the production process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, production vendors, freelance creators, and external creative resources
- Maintain accountability for timelines, deliverables, and quality of work
- Evaluate partner performance and recommend improvements to production workflows and resource allocation
- Ensure all externally produced content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Analyze content performance to identify patterns, winning concepts, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor engagement and conversion metrics to assess creative effectiveness
- Develop iteration plans that build upon successful campaign elements
- Collaborate with growth and media teams to ensure creative learnings are incorporated into future initiatives
- Establish processes that support ongoing creative experimentation and optimization
- Support the development of creator-driven advertising initiatives
- Participate in creator selection, briefing, and content review processes
- Ensure creator assets align with campaign goals and performance expectations
- Work alongside influencer and partnership teams to maximize the effectiveness of creator-led campaigns
- Step into content production when speed, timing, or project needs require additional support
- Capture and develop social-first content including product features, brand storytelling, event coverage, and creator-style assets
- Assist with rapid-turn creative production and campaign launches
- Occasionally travel to support content capture, events, and strategic marketing initiatives
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, digital content, or growth-focused marketing environments
- Strong understanding of social advertising ecosystems and content-driven acquisition strategies
- Experience turning performance data into actionable creative recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Consumer products, wellness, lifestyle, beverage, or retail brand experience
- Experience working with agencies, production vendors, or creative partners
- Familiarity with user-generated content and creator marketing programs
- Working knowledge of video editing platforms and content production tools
- Portfolio showcasing both strategic campaign development and content execution
