[Remote] Remote ABA Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Remote ABA Recruiter to identify, engage, and place top ABA talent, while building relationships with clinicians and clients.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit BCBAs, RBTs, and other ABA professionals using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with ABA professionals, understanding their career goals and preferences
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture
- Manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Promote job opportunities, explain benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Stay up-to-date on ABA industry trends, workforce needs, and certification requirements
Skills
- Proven experience recruiting in the ABA industry (RBTs, BCBAs, or related roles)
- Strong understanding of ABA roles, certifications, and career paths
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Experience recruiting healthcare or clinical professionals
- Knowledge of remote recruiting best practices
- Experience with social media sourcing strategies
