About the Role

This position is a Customer Service Consultant role that operates primarily from home, with a single on‑site day each week at our Kenosha, WI hub. You will be the voice of arenaflex, guiding prospective car buyers through every step of the purchasing process, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, live chat, and video calls to uncover their vehicle preferences and financing needs.

  • Navigate customers through the entire sales funnel—from initial contact, through test‑drive coordination, to final delivery—while maintaining a consultative approach.

  • Obtain and maintain an Automotive Sales Person’s License in the states where it is required, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with precision, enabling seamless hand‑offs to other departments such as finance, service, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer trends, helping shape future campaigns and inventory decisions.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen sales and service skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably within a retail or automotive environment.
