What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients reaching out through our digital channels. Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Respond Promptly to Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming chat messages from guests, prospective customers, and partners, providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses that reflect the arenaflex brand voice.
  • Provide Service & Product Information: Clearly and thoroughly explain the range of services arenaflex offers, including accommodations, amenities, packages, loyalty programs, and any special promotions currently available.
  • Assist with Bookings and Orders: Guide customers through the reservation process, help them select the right services, and ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and accurately.
