Key Responsibilities

  • Front‑line Support: Respond to general and technical inquiries via email, live chat, and in‑app messaging, with a focus on retaining existing customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Clarify customer complaints, diagnose root causes, propose and explain solutions, expedite corrections, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams (product, engineering, logistics, finance) and customers, ensuring information flows smoothly and accurately.
  • Bug Reporting & Feedback Loop: Recreate reported bugs, document them in Jira, communicate status updates to customers, and provide detailed reports to the product team.
  • Education & Advocacy: Deliver clear product and service information, helping customers understand how arenaflex’s personalized nutrition works and how to maximize their results.
  • Financial Account Management: Process membership adjustments, refunds, discounts, and other financial transactions using Stripe and internal tools.
  • Data‑Driven Insight: Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback to identify trends, improvement areas, and potential new product ideas.
  • Order Tracking & Quality Assurance: Monitor order status, verify delivery timelines, and conduct quality checks to ensure every shipment meets arenaflex’s high standards.
  • Special Projects & Outreach: Support marketing outreach, pilot programs, and other initiatives as assigned, contributing to the broader growth strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma plus a minimum of three years in a customer‑service role, or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Demonstrated “customer‑first” mindset with an approachable, helpful personality.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk (or similar ticketing systems), Stripe, G Suite, Slack, and Jira.
  • Ability to thrive on diverse teams and interact respectfully with a wide range of personalities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong documentation and tracking habits.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
  • Capacity to manage 25+ inbound live‑chat sessions and 50+ email inquiries per day.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
