Position Overview – Sell‑By‑Chat Representative (LATAM)

The Sell‑By‑Chat Representative (SBC) is a critical driver of arenaflex’s growth engine. Working fully remotely, you will engage prospective clients through email, chat, and social platforms, ensuring that every inbound lead receives prompt, compelling, and personalized communication. You will also design, refine, and maintain a high‑efficiency lead‑management system capable of handling a large volume of prospects across multiple channels. A deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, combined with strong conversational skills, will enable you to articulate the value of arenaflex’s solutions and guide prospects toward meaningful growth sessions.

This role is offered as an independent contractor position, providing you with the freedom to manage your own schedule while aligning with U.S. and Canadian business hours. Compensation is competitive, with a salary ceiling of up to USD 2,500 per month, plus performance‑based incentives tied to conversion metrics and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Communication

  • Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries across email, live‑chat, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Craft persuasive, brand‑aligned messages that capture attention, nurture interest, and drive prospects toward scheduling a growth session.
  • Maintain a response time of under 15 minutes for high‑priority leads to maximize conversion potential.
  • Track and analyze response rates, adjusting messaging strategies to improve engagement.

Lead‑Management System Development

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable lead‑management workflow that integrates CRM tools, automation platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead triage, qualification, and handoff to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the operations and product teams to ensure the system captures relevant data points for downstream analysis.
  • Monitor system health metrics (e.g., lead leakage, bottleneck identification) and propose corrective actions.

SaaS Market Expertise

  • Stay current on SaaS industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to speak confidently with prospects.
  • Identify pain points specific to SaaS businesses (e.g., churn, onboarding friction, revenue ops) and position arenaflex’s solutions as strategic remedies.
  • Develop and share knowledge‑base articles, cheat sheets, and objection‑handling scripts with the broader team.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Report weekly on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, revenue sourced, and session show‑rate.
  • Provide insights on lead quality, channel effectiveness, and messaging impact to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Participate in regular review meetings to align on goals, share successes, and iterate on processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience maintaining high‑quality data in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Chat‑Based Sales Experience: Proven ability to conduct sales conversations via chat, email, or social media, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
