Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from a variety of source documents—including PDFs, scanned images, handwritten notes, and digital forms—into arenaflex’s proprietary databases and cloud‑based systems with speed and precision.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of entered data to identify and correct deficiencies, inconsistencies, or typographical errors before final submission.
  • Cross‑verify information by comparing entries against original source material, ensuring a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Update existing records, enrich data sets, and retrieve information on demand to support analytics, reporting, and client‑facing initiatives.
  • Perform scheduled data backups and coordinate with the IT team to guarantee data preservation and compliance with security protocols.
