Job Description

Join our team as a Data Entry Image Review Clerk for the Texas Department of Transportation (DOT) project, working closely with our esteemed client, arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for

• Accurately identifying and entering license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types into our system, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and precision.
• Processing a minimum of 600 images per hour after the initial training period, while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Identifying unclear license plate images and updating the information accordingly, ensuring that our system is always up-to-date and accurate.
• Rejecting unidentifiable images using the proper business rules and providing feedback to supervisors to enhance image quality.
• Monitoring image and application quality to ensure consistent performance and high-quality results. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess
• Education A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Typing Skills A minimum of 35+ words per minute or 6,500 data entry strokes per hour (KSPH), ensuring you can work efficiently and accurately.
• Software skills Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), allowing you to navigate our system with ease.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods, ensuring high-quality results.
• Must adhere to a 30-day no-absence policy upon hire, demonstrating your commitment to your role and our team.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
