Position Summary The purpose of this role is to ensure the range of new and existing client projects are managed effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will ensure work is strategically focused, delivered on time and within budget while championing the quality and delivery of all client projects. This role provides oversight and day-to-day relationship management for the development and execution of client programs. Responsibilities include client relationship management, project and program management, internal and external communications, account servicing, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring perfect operational alignment between commercial, quality, and production teams. Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results To provide superior service to the assigned client portfolio in coordination with leadership and supporting teams: Advise clients regarding the SGX product and service portfolio, actively driving the sale of additional services beyond the established SLA. Create and manage work orders in accordance with corresponding procedures, ensuring the production team has all the necessary information for seamless execution. Manage alignment meetings—both internal (commercial and/or production) and external (clients and printers)—to ensure the correct development of projects. Perform preflight of starting materials, which will be provided by the GPN PM, for production files. Keep the client continuously informed of project statuses based on their specific needs via email, conference calls, or on-site visits. Document and record any agreement made with the client regarding the workflow process, including timelines, approvals, and unexpected events. Collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to provide swift solutions to quality issues, while reinforcing internal workflows and external alignment with the client. Document and report any process deviations that could potentially lead to a quality incident. Provide relevant data and information to the Account Manager for the generation of key performance metrics. Prepare and present KPIs during operational and steering meetings. Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions proactively. Collaborate closely with Production, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Client Services teams to ensure successful project execution. Other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Experience in packaging, artwork, print production, prepress, creative services, branding, marketing agencies, or related production environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of production workflows and packaging processes is strongly preferred. Internal & External Communications This person will have frequent contact with: Clients, to effectively and efficiently manage assigned accounts, provide project status updates, and maintain strong business relationships. Creative, Production, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams, to ensure successful project execution and resolve any process or quality deviations. Suppliers and External Partners (Printers), to manage alignment meetings and maintain productive working relationships. Account and Leadership teams, to provide business data, performance metrics, and KPI reports. Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements This position requires the following knowledge and skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, Program Management, or a related client-facing role. Industry Experience: Experience within packaging, prepress, artwork, print production, branding, creative services, marketing agencies, or related industries preferred. Language Ability: Advanced English proficiency is strictly required. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered a strong asset. Work Model: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining seamless cross-functional communication with local and global teams. Apply To This Job
