What You'll Do
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses Manage accounting responsibilities related to lease accounting, project accounting, and other key balance sheet areas Support financial reporting and management reporting processes Partner with operational and corporate teams on business initiatives Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience General ledger and month-end close experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Desire to learn, take ownership, and grow professionally Preferred Qualifications CPA or CPA-track Public accounting experience Oracle, Power BI, or other ERP/reporting system experience Exposure to lease accounting or project accounting Why This Role Stands Out Highly successful and growing PE-backed company Flexible hybrid schedule Modern Oracle Fusion / Oracle EPM environment Strong visibility and ownership Opportunity to improve processes and drive efficiencies Long-term career growth potential Compensation $85,000-$100,000 + 10% bonus Location Eagan, MN (Hybrid) If you're looking for an opportunity to expand your responsibilities and grow your career within a successful and evolving organization, we'd love to connect.
