Data Reporting Business Analyst (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Data Reporting Business Analyst in the United States. We are seeking a Data Reporting Business Analyst to join a dynamic analytics team focused on regulatory reporting, data quality, and business intelligence. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for creating reports, building dashboards, supporting compliance efforts, and optimizing internal data processes. The position offers a collaborative environment where your contributions directly enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. Accountabilities:
- Manage statistical and compliance reporting workflows, including data collection and preparation
- Extract, analyze, and submit data for regulatory and internal reporting requirements
- Create dashboards, reports, and tools to improve business intelligence and data visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant insights
- Support data governance efforts and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and external partners
- Automate and enhance existing processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities based on data analysis
- Lead the design of reporting solutions that support operational functions across departments
- Associate degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with SQL for reporting, data extraction, and analysis is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary: $80,000–$95,000 depending on location and experience
