You will work in a remote setting, utilizing Hirecrafto's state-of-the-art technology to manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, drive customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and professionally to customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills and product knowledge to provide timely solutions.
  • Provide information about products and services, staying up-to-date on Tasknexa's offerings and promotions to make informed recommendations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, working together to drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, although not required; a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
