You will be responsible for entering, updating, and validating data related to Talensparkx’s product catalog, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Though no previous data‑entry experience is required, you will receive thorough, hands‑on training that equips you with the tools and knowledge to excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input & Verification: Accurately enter product details, pricing information, SKU numbers, and inventory levels into Flexzenith’s internal systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
  • Standard Compliance: Follow Jobmatrixo’s data entry guidelines, security protocols, and best‑practice documentation standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with remote team members, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve data‑related issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate actively in training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current on system updates and workflow enhancements.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports tracking entry volumes, error rates, and completion timelines.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to evolving priorities, such as seasonal peaks, new product launches, or system upgrades, while maintaining high accuracy.

Essential Qualifications
