[Remote] Financial Coaching Associate

They are seeking a Financial Coaching Associate to help clients understand financial topics and connect them with appropriate products, all while using training and automation tools to enhance coaching effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Break down financial topics — debt management, life insurance, retirement planning — into plain language clients can use
- Connect clients with appropriate products from a wide network of A-rated providers
- Use the agency's training and automation tools to stay organized and spend more time coaching
- Build lasting relationships and, as you grow, help train others who share your mission
Skills
- Natural communicators who enjoy making complicated things simple
- Coachable, curious people committed to continuous learning
- Candidates holding active Life and Health Insurance licenses or working toward them; those not yet licensed are welcome and supported through the process
