[Remote] Sales Development Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CAM - Concept Archives Maroc is seeking a part-time remote Sales Development Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities. The role involves researching and generating leads, reaching out to prospects, scheduling discovery calls, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Research and generate leads
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and digital channels
• Schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
• Follow up on inbound inquiries
• Nurture early-stage relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with sales management on targeting strategies
• Provide feedback on prospect needs
• Support the continuous improvement of outreach scripts and processes
• Work closely with colleagues across sales and customer-facing functions to ensure a consistent and professional experience for prospective clients

Skills

• Strong lead generation skills, including prospect research, list building, and qualification of potential clients
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with clear, professional, and persuasive outreach
• Customer service mindset, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to prospect needs
• Foundational sales and sales management skills, including pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and basic forecasting
• Experience working with CRM or sales enablement tools and comfort with remote collaboration platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a remote, part-time environment
• Previous experience in B2B sales development, teleprospecting, or inside sales is preferred but not required
• Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage
