Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Business Development Manager for Retail Media and Marketing. This role involves owning business development for Retail Media and Marketing opportunities in the US, driving pipeline creation, and engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified RMN/MarTech pipeline; conduct discovery with retail and brand stakeholders; create account plans and pursuit strategies; collaborate with pre-sales and SMEs to define solution approach and estimates; prepare executive-ready proposals and presentations; manage internal governance (approvals, tracking, and forecasting) through to signature

Skills

  • 10–12+ years experience in business development / sales / consulting within retail, ecommerce, digital advertising, adtech/martech, or retail media
  • Proven track record of creating pipeline, leading pursuits, and closing services/consulting deals (RFP/RFI, proposals, commercials)
  • Strong understanding of RMN ecosystem and how retail media programs operate (onsite ads, offsite, audience, measurement, ad ops)
  • Executive presence with ability to engage CXO / VP stakeholders and present clear value propositions
  • Ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders (delivery, solutioning, legal, finance) and manage governance/forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
