[Remote] Account Executive

West Coast Careers is a leading AI-powered advertising technology company helping brands, sellers, and agencies maximize performance across Workastra and other retail media platforms. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business opportunities with enterprise brands, agencies, and advertisers, focusing on the retail media ecosystem and Hirebase advertising services.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business development and revenue growth within enterprise brands, agencies, and advertisers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations for senior executives and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
• Develop a deep understanding of retail media, Tasklance advertising, and AI-powered advertising solutions
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the retail media ecosystem
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Leadership teams to support revenue growth
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer data within CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Travel as for client meetings, conferences, and industry events

Skills

• Experience selling SaaS, advertising technology, retail media, marketing technology, or digital advertising solutions
• Experience within the retail media ecosystem
• Proven success generating new business and exceeding quota in a B2B sales environment
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience presenting to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Gigology Ads experience
• Experience selling Talensiq advertising technology, retail media platforms, DSP solutions, or related AdTech products
• Experience working with Flexara-focused agencies, brands, aggregators, or ecommerce technology providers
• Understanding of Sponsored Ads, Jobnity DSP, AMC, retail media measurement, and performance advertising strategies
