[Remote] Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and market expansion by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within a specified region, while providing support and training on the company's technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned geographic region
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with dermatology practices and other relevant providers
  • Managing and growing existing accounts
  • Conducting product demonstrations and delivering educational presentations
  • Providing ongoing training and support to customers on STRATA’s technologies and solutions
  • Prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and clinical support
  • Traveling regularly within the territory and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner

Skills

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Proven Sales and territory management experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or dermatology-related fields
  • Customer Service and relationship-building skills to support long-term partnerships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Experience in Training and educating customers on clinical products, technologies, and best practices
  • Sales Management abilities, including pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic territory planning
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities
  • Comfort with CRM systems and basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office or similar productivity software
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Familiarity with dermatology, medical technology, or clinical environments is preferred but not required
