[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager

Lancelot Productions is an international touring concert production company that takes audiences on extraordinary journeys through live entertainment. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Digital Specialist to manage and optimize marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok to drive ticket sales for their productions.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimise Meta, Tiktok campaigns
- Conducting audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Monitoring KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, to drive campaign performance
- Collaborating with internal teams (design, product, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
- Reporting on campaign performance and recommending actionable improvements
- Staying ahead of trends in bidding strategies, automation, and audience segmentation
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Tiktok et al
- Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering positive ROI
- Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with ticketing platforms or live event marketing
