The Role

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. This role is perfect for self-starters who are passionate about people and have excellent communication skills. You'll be working in a virtual or hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work remotely and in our office.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email or other communication channels
  • Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
  • Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have
  • Providing attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
