  • Propose and pilot innovative sourcing alternatives—such as niche job boards, social media platforms, and AI‑driven tools—to expand our talent pool.
  • Analyze current recruitment processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
  • Manage job postings on multiple portals, monitor application flow, and conduct preliminary screenings to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Conduct detailed profile analyses, extracting key competencies, experience levels, and cultural fit indicators for each candidate.
