Position Summary

arenaflex’s Studio Research & Insights team is seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and collaborative Remote Data Analyst to support product, content curation, and in‑home promotion initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will partner closely with product managers, marketing strategists, and cross‑functional stakeholders to collect, cleanse, integrate, and analyze data that drives strategic decisions across the arenaflex ecosystem.

This role is a hybrid arrangement: on‑site collaboration with the core research team from Monday through Thursday, and fully remote work on Fridays. Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Integration: Gather both qualitative and quantitative data from internal databases, third‑party sources, and survey platforms. Perform extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to create clean, analysis‑ready datasets.
• SQL Development & Maintenance: Write, test, and optimize SQL queries to join disparate data tables, support daily operational reporting, and enable ad‑hoc analysis for product and customer experience projects.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SQL, including the ability to write complex joins, sub‑queries, and aggregate functions.
