Position Overview

We are expanding our Customer Care team in the Las Vegas, NV region and are looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven individuals to fill the role of Remote Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Benefits. This full‑time position offers a flexible schedule, the opportunity to work from home (subject to eligibility criteria), and a clear pathway for career advancement within arenaflex.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for members who need assistance with their prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order services. Your expertise will help simplify complex health‑care information, ensuring members understand their benefits and feel confident in their choices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members, providing accurate information on prescription coverage, formulary options, and pharmacy network details.
  • Guide members through the enrollment process, eligibility verification, and claim status inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to resolve issues on the first call, escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist when necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous records of member interactions in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Participate in an 8‑week blended training program that includes on‑site instruction, self‑paced modules, and real‑time coaching.
  • Adhere to scheduled start times, which rotate between 6 am and 7 pm local time, to support business needs and ensure coverage across all shifts.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every conversation, reinforcing arenaflex’s commitment to a heart‑driven service experience.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up‑to‑date on pharmacy benefit policies, industry regulations, and arenaflex’s evolving service offerings.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and share best practices with teammates and supervisors.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military service, or similar environment).
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and clear articulation.
  • Demonstrated reliability and ability to adhere to scheduling standards, including flexible shift coverage.

Work‑From‑Home Eligibility

Successful candidates will have the option to work remotely after completing the initial on‑site training. To qualify for remote work, you must:
