As a Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity, you will become an integral part of arenaflex’s equity administration team. This team ensures that our long‑term incentive plans—such as Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock option programs—are accurately processed, reported, and communicated to participants worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
- Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock option matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
- Review equity transaction activity—including exercise, release, and purchase events—to ensure accurate recording and reporting.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
- Support the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations, audit readiness, and strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as needed, including system configuration, data migration, and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in equity administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with multiple equity‑plan products, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding of HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and the data flows that connect HR, finance, and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
