About arenaflex and Our Commitment to Student Achievement

arenaflex is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to supporting adult learners, online students, and career-focused individuals as they pursue higher education. We partner with ambitious students who are balancing coursework with jobs, families, and personal commitments, and we provide the academic coaching, resources, and encouragement they need to keep moving forward. Our culture is rooted in compassion, accountability, innovation, and a relentless focus on student outcomes.

We know that every student who enrolls in a degree program is making a courageous investment in their future. Our job, and the job of every Student Success Coach at arenaflex, is to honor that investment by providing consistent, personalized support from orientation through graduation. We measure our success not in call volume or tickets closed, but in the number of students who persist, graduate, and go on to achieve their goals. When our students win, we win.

Key Responsibilities of the Student Success Coach

  • Daily and Weekly Outreach: Make consistent contact with students through scheduled calls, follow-ups, and check-ins. Encourage, motivate, and support learners as they develop the academic skills, study habits, and mindset needed for long-term success.
  • Trusted Advisor Role: Cultivate a safe, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable sharing their goals, challenges, fears, and aspirations. Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and respond with empathy and professionalism.

  • Resume and Career Development Support: Become a certified resume reviewer through our paid Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) certification program. Provide resume feedback, career guidance, and job readiness support to help students transition confidently from classroom to career.
  • Cross-Departmental Liaison: Serve as a connector between students and other departments, including financial aid, academic advising, registrar, faculty, and student support services. Advocate for student needs and ensure seamless communication across the institution.
  • Quality Assurance and Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of all student interactions in our CRM and student information systems. Adhere to compliance standards, academic policies, and quality benchmarks established by arenaflex.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Stay current on academic policies, student support best practices, and emerging trends in higher education and online learning.
