Client Assistant, Billing Representative, Personal Lines
NFP, an Aon company, is a recognized leader in providing risk management and insurance solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Representative to join their Personal Lines team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing support for clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients across Canada for our billing contact centre
- Assisting clients with requests for payment and billing inquiries
- Preparing invoices and billing materials
- Other administrative duties as required within the larger administrative team
Skills
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
- Strong customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
- Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
